🛡️ 1. Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (Enhanced FCC) with Full Powers
- Enhance the current Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) to a fully independent and apolitical Anti-Corruption Commission, reporting directly to Parliament, not the Prime Minister’s Office.
- Guarantee security of tenure and funding for anti-corruption officials.
- Empower the Commission with the authority to investigate, prosecute, and recover stolen assets, including overseas.
👁️ 2. Transparent Governance by Default
- Enact a Right to Information Act: all government contracts, tenders, and spending must be published publicly online.
- Create a National Open Budget Portal, allowing citizens to track where public funds are going, down to constituency level.
- Make all Cabinet and senior civil servant declarations of assets publicly accessible and audited annually.
🏛️ 3. End the Politics of Favouritism
- Ban political interference in public sector appointments.
- Appointments to state boards, ministries, and public companies must be merit-based and transparently advertised.
- Ensure independent oversight of promotions, contracts, and procurement processes.

- Enact a Whistleblower Protection Law to protect citizens, journalists, and civil servants who expose wrongdoing.
- Set up a secure and anonymous reporting platform for public tip-offs on corruption.

- Ban anonymous political donations and require all parties to publish sources of funding above Rs 10,000.
- Prohibit use of state resources, vehicles, and personnel for political campaigning.
- Implement real-time monitoring of campaign spending and independent audits of party finances.
🧹 6. Lifetime Ban for Convicted Corrupt Officials
- Any public official or politician found guilty of corruption shall face a lifetime ban from holding public office or contracts.
- Recover ill-gotten wealth and invest it in a special Anti-Corruption Justice Fund to support education and healthcare.

- Introduce ethics training for civil servants, politicians, and public sector employees.
